The rubbish was not removed on the Friday. On Saturday a group of street kids got hold of these papers and threw it about. I watched them from a distance. Sadly there is no way you can confront them as they are the ones that break into the houses and businesses. The youngest one must have been 4 years old and he fits through any size hole...hence all the barb wire..
Sad times we live in.
