Virgin to Coventry

Last week in Cambridge interviewing candidates for Principal. This week examining aspiring surgeons in Coventry. I've worked six days out of the last seven. I'm suspecting that I haven't got the hang of this retirement lark! I was talking to a colleague down south earlier. Asked him how he was enjoying retirement. Oops. Turns out a) that he hasn't retired and b) that he's nowhere near retiral age. Like in the bank at Peebles last week. Two customers greet each other. "Oh hello *****! When's the baby due?" "He was born six weeks ago!" Watch what you say!
