CHARACTER ALL ROUND

I think Cowdenbeath has character and characters; today on my weekly visit I came across this 1960 Ford Anglia, which also has character, waiting patiently to be nursed back to health by a character called Stan.
Stan's hobby is doing up old motors and I was fascinated by his obvious skill knowledge and and dedication. He tells me this is the original 1960 model, prototyped in 1955 and first on the road in Britain in 1960. This model (not this vehicle!) featured in a Harry Potter Film. It is one of a million sold in Britain between 1959 and 1968. How Stan got hold of it I don't know but I do know this; it's lucky since it has found a good home and care there will vanquish its age!
