Stage left

It was another early start as the boiler is still broken and I'm feeling the strain a little.

It was a busy day at work with student meetings, Equality and Diversity Committee and finally an open day Q&A session in the theatre. Didn't stop all day which hasn't helped with the tiredness.

Headed over to Guildhall afterwork to watch the preview of 'The Seagull'. I had read the playbook but it hadn't come alive for me, however the live performance was excellent and the comedy really shone through. It was a much needed tonic to the day. Sadly the gin was lacking!

Arrived home late to find a jury summons in the post. Not great timing but I'm sure it'll be fascinating.
