TWO REMARKABLE LITTLE EVENTS
in the morning. The first took place while I stood on the balcony, ad random so to say, and there on the drive came the red squirrel, running, disappearing behind the house. One year ago was the last time I saw her and scared her because of taking a picture, exactly at the same place.
The second was even tinier. So many leaves whirl through the air all day, and between those leaves I suddenly saw a dragonfly following an insect. Still going strong, both.
In the afternoon Piet Hein and I went walking. The weather very unpredictable, now some sunlight, then dark clouds in the sky. We took the road to the skywalk and descended the path towards it. A great view over the river, the fields, the forest and some villages.
All kinds of fungi or mushrooms, and even when it was a bit dark I took pictures and from these we choose for today's blip.
We walked till Würgassen and along the Weser back.
My haiku:
Hidden in the woods
The fungi grow and foster
Our imagination
And the proverb:
Wie veel praat, moet veel weten of veel liegen.
Translation: Who talks a lot, must know a lot or lie a lot.
