Underneath...

...where the sun don't shine.

Some days are filled with shadow, some are filled with sun, some a mixture of both.
Today my sunshine moments were lunch with Mrs G (who always lifts my spirits), a lovely walk in the woods with my best furry friend, and looking forward to Step class tonight to burn off some of the days frustrations.
