Pink

There was a pink balloon with a pink ribbon wandering aimlessly through the backyard when I came home. I thought it was a breast cancer event but as it turns out it was for an 18-year old girl that died in a car crash.

"Van Buren County sheriff’s investigators said the crash occurred when (...) tried to go airborne on a bridge at a high rate of speed in her 2000 Pontiac Grand Am and lost control."

I don't even know what to say about that.


In other news, who's in for hibernation? I know I've been a bird in a former life but I must have some bear in me too. Food. Cave. Sleep till March.
