Chilled

The Dizzle after an afternoon and evening with his girlfriend. Like a true gentleman he walked her to the station. Now sitting thoughtfully and looking more grown up with every passing day.

So I've started wearing a pedometer and am just short of 10,000 steps today. That would make me Mister Active. Shame I have back to back meetings tomorrow and won't be able to get out for a lunchtime walk.

Today was a bit weird, just seemed to coast it. Still some days are like that. Float like a butterfly ...
