Third Year Abroad

By LittleLots

I may be a little bit behind in writing this, but as of Monday I had been in Granada for a whole month. Can't believe how quickly its gone! And yet at the same time it feels like I've been here for months, I'm definitely starting to feel at home in the city. Well still adjusting to the Spanish lifestyle but slowly getting used to it... To be honest spent most of Monday frustrating over how incredibly useless the university matriculation process is. I still can't enrol into any of the classes until next Monday, and most of the ones I wanted to do are now full. So essentially I've wasted my time going to any classes so far because I can no longer join them. Think we're all starting to despair about which classes will be left by the time we try to matriculate. So this week has become a bit of a non-week, with everyone giving up going to classes until we're officially enrolled. It feels like the late nights and alcohol consumption has caught up with everyone as well with a lot of people, including myself admittedly, feeling a little under the weather. So please excuse my lack of photos for the next couple of dates, I went into recovery mode and haven't seen much more than the inside of my house.

This picture doesn't really have any relevance at all other than the fact that I took it on Monday. Its a building right at the end of Gran Via (one of the main roads in central Granada), by Plaza de Triunfo. Just thought it looked stunning in that light.
