Thoughts are with you.....

Had a very mixed day nice to see friends but awful to see the harshness of life. Sometimes I could just swap places with people that deserve health and happiness. While having lunch too see a dear friend have a suspected heart attack the fear while we stood outside waiting for the ambulance, and then to find the news she had got worse when in hospital. A truly kind dear lady who said some wonderful things to me today to make me feel a little bit worthy to be on this planet, when I find that remarkable hard to do so after loosing everything.

Thoughts, prayers anything be with her tonight and all those that do not deserve to be in that predicament would certainly give myself, swap places with people that are worth a thousand times what I am.
