Mia

I am meant to be flying back to Christchurch today! But so far is not going so well... The flight was cancelled and so they flew me to Auckland and now I am waiting to board a flight to
Christchurch. Three cities in one day!

The flight to Auckland was ok. I sat next to Latina woman who had her 4 month old baby with her and she was flying from Wellington to Auckland to San Diego (I think) to Lima (Peru). She was taking her daughter Mia to meet her family. She was flying solo because her husband (a New Zealand doctor) had to work so we had a nice long chat and I got to cuddle Mia for a bit.

Turns out she had just graduated from law school in Peru as well!
