In all the old familiar places

.... I'll bee seeing you.

A beautiful Spring day today, so we went for a wander along the Brownhill Creek. The Hawthorn blossom is looking magnificent (all the rain) the buttercups are looking great (all the rain) the cow peas are awesome (all the rain). Are we starting to get the pattern here? All these plants are introduced species and are growing prolifically where they really shouldn't be. I took heaps of images, but the sun must have got to me because they were very ordinary - as in out of focus, bad framing, wrong light.

So I made my own little safari into our backyard, and because I am bored with daisies, I sat alongside the euphorbia. Crikey, I sat there for so long I almost turned into a euphorbia!

And all that turned up was this bee.

Bright eyes
