Emotional

I had a lovely run along the cliffs at Bolberry this morning - think it is my new favourite route, even if it was a bit muddy! I then met up with a lovely group of friends at The Winking Prawn to remember a very dear friend who lost his battle with brain cancer 2 years ago. His wife and girls had scattered his ashes from his best friends fishing boat this morning. All in all it's been a pretty emotional day x
