Chocolatey Chocolate Goodness

How could we go wrong with chocolate cupcakes and chocolate frosting???

Today we celebrated 9 birthdays for this month, which worked out quite well because the the batch made 12 cupcakes, meaning a few were left over for the bakers.

Since moving to Thailand, I've had to adjust my recipe box a bit. With this batch I tried out a new frosting. I needed something that wouldn't melt in the heat and humidity like cream based frostings. This one seemed to hold up pretty well, so it will get to stay in the recipe box. :)
