Chop, chop...

After another morning of weeding, we move onto our next task of pruning olive trees. It is quite simple as we just need to chop off any new branches that are sprouting from the trunk and any branches that are drooping over. I really enjoy this task and start to feel like Mr Miyagi from The Karate Kid pruning his Bonsai trees (but on a larger scale of course!). It is a really hot day, so I sport one of Sue's hats, such a glamorous way of life is WWOOFing!
