Lone Tree

I've spent the summer as a tour guide at Duart Castle which also involves spending part of the day selling entrance tickets from the Ticket Hut just outside the castle.
The views from the Ticket Hut are nearly as spectacular as from the Sea Room inside the castle with open views to three sides. Looking back towards the car park to see how many people are making their way up the drive to the castle I have often found my eye drawn to this lone tree on the horizon. I felt it only fitting to ensure I had taken a picture of it on the last day the castle was open this year.
