Day 272 - Playing

I had to wait in most of the morning for a new dishwasher so took some shots while I was waiting but not entirely happy so started playing about with them - there are some layered images I have seen that I would like to try and do with my own ideas but I have no idea where to start so I thought I'd practice cutting out for a start...

The dishwasher finally arrived so I set about removing the broken integrated one. Not as easy as I thought! I adjusted the front feet but the back ones don't adjust and there was no clearance below the worktop so I had to remove 2 rows of laminate flooring to get the thing out. It is now sitting in the back garden.

I knew it would be too easy fitting the new one - nothing is ever easy in this house!!!! Connected the waste pipe and tried to connect the supply hose. It was tightening so far but if I turned it just a bit more it slipped, so I tightened it until it was about to slip, turned the water back on, tried to reverse out of the cupboard, knocked the hose and water went everywhere! Thankfully the water stop is in the cupboard!!!!

My dad is coming down tomorrow to help me sort it - I have no water in the kitchen! It's a pain! Bloody house!!!
