Serpentine Woods Kendal.

Who was Darwin Leighton. That is what I wonder, but he must have been a lovely person.
We had a lovely walk through the woods with all the autumn leaves, plenty of seats and some wooden sculptures that had been there for a long time so very weathered. Then out onto the open area which is the golf course with great views over the town.
It was now dusk with a full moon high in the sky. I once again had numerous photos I could choose from.
Something made me choose this plaque.
