Another early start to get up to the swimming pool for a lesson. Working hard on kicking and breathing patterns today. The initial nerves calmed down and I actually found myself enjoying it by the end, a pleasing improvement.

It's mine and Tracey's wedding anniversary today, 5 fantastic years of marriage. I'm on the internet and Tracey's asleep on the sofa. Still got the romance.
