The End

I was required to return to "The Groves Farm" site today, and while I do drive past almost daily I tend not to look! Well the swallows that delayed the final stage of demolition have hatched fledged and gone, the digger now sits atop of what was the last of " white or thirsks mill". This view of the Groves farm house office and cart sheds has never been seen before. I have I realise never completed the blipping of the four mills of Pocklington, with Devonshire Mill so far missing ( irony its less than two hundred yards from my home) I will have to rectify that.
The weekend looms, picking up tomorrow and fishing with my friend Ivan on Sunday for Barbel or Chub.
Have a good weekend one and all ;¬}
