Arty Farty Carrots :)

Close up blip of some decoratively sliced carrots from last nights dinner, very flowery indeed :)

Done using a chefs canelle knife to cut grooves down the length of the carrot and sliced the normal way to make lots of pretty looking flower shaped slices :)

A fun but positive way to get the kiddies to eat all their veggies :)
