Good, Good Morning Sun

As I posted a photo of the moon yesterday I thought it only appropriate to blip a photo of the sun today. I got up as it was rising, to go to work, and took a few photos of it. I was shooting blind as the sun was too bright I couldn't see a thing. Luckily I really like this shot hopefully it doesn't blind you all!

After work I went over to my main man and twin brother Jonathan's place to go for a run with him. As today was my 10th day of running everyday as part of the 5k everyday challenge I decided to celebrate with a 12k run. Admittedly it was a horrible way to celebrate. It was a tough run, Jono and I both pushed ourselves, and managed to get a bit sunburnt as unfortunately we were lacking sunscreen. Despite all that, despite the weariness, mild heatstroke and dehydration it was actually a pretty good run and the feeling of accomplishment after ten days made it worth it.

My evening has been spent drinking ciders in the park with my love Holly and we are now having a Derek marathon coupled with a homemade stir fry. Perfection. Also for those of you who have not seen the show Derek I can't recommend it highly enough. It's made by Ricky Gervais, and while you either seem to love him or hate him, this show is beautiful and I truly think will speak to anyone. Get on it.
