Hello again.....

Yes I'm back!...

I joined Rosemary Conley again tonight and after doing every diet going, it's the only one that works for me. I haven't been running for a while as my brother is busy and the dark nights put me off going on my own so I may look for a local running club and set me a target to do a marathon. Steady on me....
