Mont d'Or

Waiting for 'team swim' to arrive back so we can have this for lunch. Of course they'll be laden down by sushi, as is their want after a mornings swimming, but no doubt they'll want a taste of this too. Bought in Waitrose over at Cowbridge, its got a great selection of cheeses including Rocamadour from the Lot and St Marcellin that's great melted over steak served with fried shallot.

I've eaten so much this week, I'm going to put it down to the incident which occurred last Thursday. I really am upset and have found my chest tightening ang get flustered just thinking about it.

Listening to Rdio on the computer. Essentially, it's a radio station that plays everything with no one talking and no adverts, definitely worth a go but I do like to listen to You & Yours on R4 from 12, its like a thinking woman's Jeremy Vine Show on R2.

So now a bit of housework and I hope to get the bulbs put for next year, as I look out, I'm not that hopeful.
