A Gargoyle.....

...... is a grotesque made of granite, whose purpose is to direct water away from the building. The water often spurts through the open mouth. This gargoyle is on the west front of Llandaff Cathedral. He appears to have a crutch under his arm. I will try to find out more about him, and blip other gargoyles that catch my eye.
