What? An Irish Vegetarian?

Tonight we had friends over for dinner. Linden (my old work colleague and her new boyfriend Michael: The vegetarian). It was the first time I've had to cook for a veggie so we went with curry, we had lamb, he had broccoli.

It was a nice evening and we caught up with Linden and it was good to finally return the favour of having her over for dinner.
