Perfect Sunday!

Today Mrs.Mrok had free from work and had agreed with Mr.P, a long time friend, that will perform longer MTB tour at the surroundings of Oulu. Morning started up cold and windy, thermometer showed -3 C degrees.

As the sun was shining decided to go for it at mid day and had really perfect day! First rode north using some familiar forest trails and singletracks. Then did almost 2 hour search for new trails at Haukipudas and returned towards Oulu from east side where also stopped for public fireplace at one nature park to eat some lunch and warm up some sausages. Brilliant!

After 6 hours and 67km of riding had to call it a day as the sun started to go down and did not have lights with us. Also sweaty clothing started to gave up while temperature went down, so headed home pretty straight with only approx. 10km road section.

At home Mrs.Mrok and the kids had prepared dinner with some mudcake as dessert, and also sauna was hot for me. What a perfect Sunday!
