Autumn at the Allotment

Although it has been a very wet day, we managed to have a short and sweet dry period at the allotment. We got lots done such as digging up the last bed of potatoes, harvesting beetroot and brussel sprouts, and picking the most wonderful bunches of flowers. I am also splitting a lot of plants ready to be taken to our student plot at college.
We have managed to make another batch of chutney as well-it's just about to be put into the jars. After that I will be officially exhausted.
