Bad shoulder!!

Painful day spent mostly in bed. Trapped nerve in shoulder playing up today. Dragged myself out of bed to watch Strictly Dancing & X factor, god knows why? The lure of Jon opening a bottle of red wine mainly. Really should not drink on pain killers!!!!!

James just of to bed! Always grateful for a hug xx
