A Very Wet Day
A very wet day, it hardly stopped raining from dawn to dusk. After an uneventful morning we headed out to Drum Castle to take a look at the craft fare which is being held there this weekend. On our arrival a bowl of soup took precedence over the crafts. Even this was not before I had been chased by the guy at the door who had not seen me pay my entrance fee.
Soup and misunderstanding out of the way we took a wander round the stalls which occupy the ground and first floors of the castle. I could not resist a couple of meat pies, in addition to which we bought soap and a candle, as well as a wee birdie from fellow blipper daisyglaisy. The wee birdie being red must be a robin. Who's to say it may not migrate to Lake Como later in the year.
As it is quite late at the time of posting there has been little processing in Photoshop this time. However, as the sky was a plain dull white, I have replaced the sky with that from another day. The view of the castle shows the entrance adjacent to the original tower. The tower itself is under scaffolding and blue tarpaulin at the moment so distinctly un-photogenic.
