Rocky road and flapjack

Double batch of each made this morning whilst hungover ready for my training courses next week. I love making rocky road - Nigella's recipe. Struggle with flapjack tho. Had to double bake this so slightly overdone and quite crumbly but I had some muesli to use up. Still tastes nice tho x
