Swarm of Bees

Imagine my surprise upon inspecting my Grevillea tree to discover this large swarm of bees. They had decided to take up residence so unexpectedly.
So what to do? Maybe I could hose them away but then they might get angry. I thought that the only course of action was to seek out a bee keeper to have them removed.
