Me and Jon

So, I did meet Jon Bon Jovi at a political rally in 2004. On my birthday, no less. It was a great day for me as I got to have a mini conversation with him and he signed my very first Bon Jovi album...a Slippery When Wet cassette case. He touched me on the shoulder (squeal) and called me "baby" (double squal). However, I did not think to ask for a picture with him on that day.

Well, today he shook my hand and I had another mini conversation with him. It was during the picture-taking. I couldn't help turning to look at him as we talked about a couple of songs, but then I realized I wouldn't be looking at the camera, so I asked the photographer to snap another. Jon concurred. Said we were "arguing" [about the songs]. It was great:)

Before this, RC and I dined at the fan club party. after this, we rocked out at the show. It was good, although I really miss being in the first few rows. Changes to the pricing system have led me to make different decisions about purchasing tickets on the past few tours. Once you've been so close, it is hard to go back.

All I was hoping for for the picture was decent and I think this makes me happy:) And I must mention that this man oozes kindness. He makes it easy to be a fan.
