old mill

this old building caught our eye as we walked the next stage of the dales way. it must once have been part of a thriving hamlet. the river lune was flowing fast as we followed it and we saw paddlers, a heron, a few fish but no kingfishers - which is what l was hoping for. perhaps on the next stretch.
