Reality Bites

Friends of my mother became concerned when she didn't turn up to her evening shift on Tuesday night at the hospital.

My mother was always very reliable. They tried phoning her at home and on her mobile and got no reply.

Her best friend phoned her husband and they went to my mother's house. They couldn't get an answer. They knocked at the neighbour's house as they knew they had a key. Sadly the door was dead bolted and no-one could get in.

So they called the police.

The police broke the door down and they found my mother in the living room. Breathing but not conscious.

She was taken to hospital and admitted. After tests they discovered that she had had a massive brain haemorrhage.

She died on Wednesday, the 16th Oktober at 11:45.
