Not going out

The rain really came down this morning - definitely not a day for going out! I shut myself in the kitchen, commandeered the CD player and enjoyed some Cockney Rebel & Alison Moyet classics while I cooked myself cheerful. I made some chocolate and orange muffins for my sons. I roasted some tomatoes & red peppers and cooked some pasta for my lunches for the next few days. I made stuffing for tonight's roast. And all done to a soundtrack of old favourites.

In other news, it's still raining...
