Sloe & Apple Jelly

a glut of apples that i have acquired from various means..
friends have given me some **Thanks amy**
and i have picked some up from the Please help yourself place locally.

had wanted to make apple & Blackberry jam but the berries were too few..sadly i was too late!
so what to do with the rest of the glut!

chutney? more jelly? cake?
it will have to wait till next weekend now as this week im in work ALL week..
