I spy a new tussie.....

Can definitely see the new tooth starting to peep through now, and feel it! I was right, it is the top front right one, so I guess the left one won't be far behind now. Poor babba girl.

Once Mike was back from junior hockey training, and Eva had had her usual 2 hour afternoon sleep (12 til 2 like clockwork), we went to Sainsburys together. After stay and play on Thursday when she picked up the raisin off the mat and put it in her mouth, I bought her her very first raisins.

She had a play on her mat when we got back, minus her nappy again. It's been 3 or 4 days of doing this now in the afternoons. Her bottom is still very red but I think it is eventually now starting to look like it's getting better thankfully. She actually seems to be playing with more of her toys now, and studying them more, and when I bounced her toy bunny up and down on her tummy, she found it hilarious, which then had me in stitches too!

Aunty Liza, Lorna and Grandad all came round to see us this afternoon. Liza and Lorna were playing with her My Pal Violet with her, and all singing along to the songs with her. Liza then fed Eva her dinner, and then Eva fed herself with carrot and practically a whole plum, which I'd destoned and cut into 3, while Mike and I ate our dinner.

It's 9.20pm as I write this, and Eva has been a little unsettled again this evening, waking up 3 times so far, so not sure if it's her mouth hurting or if she still has wind. Mike's just gone up to her to see if she does any more burps. I gave her a powder and some Calpol just before her bath at around 6.30, so reluctant to give her anything else at the moment. See how she goes xxxxx

Added... Mike's just come back down and said she didn't do any more burps, but that she was lying on her dummy, so maybe that's what woke her up? Cos she was uncomfortable? She's back asleep now xxx
