Chocolate tea cakes

My daughter and I felt like a little challenge this weekend so we decided to have a go at marshmallow filled chocolate tea cakes. Marshmallow is made by whisking egg whites and syrup over hot water until it foams up and cooks. Chocolate shells made in special silicone moulds. For a first attempt they were fairly good!
