Desperate?

No, not at all. Had made reservations at an award winning Japanese restaurant (Nobuo) downtown. The day after we made the reservation, they called us to give us very specific parking information because there was to be a "festival" and parking would be tricky. Turns out it was the Gay Pride event. Learned that in the way down and assumed I might find a couple of interesting blip shots. Sadly, the event had ended for the night just before we got there. I guess the LBGT community had other plans after dark.
