We were supposed to be going to The Lakes, camping with Jen & Rob but due to a weather forecast that looked like this ////////////////////////// where we were going (i.e - hideous rain) we decided to scrap the idea. It's a bloody nightmare with Arlo only crawling. Instead we drove all the way to Oxford to see Jen & Rob and a surprise guest - SUNSHINE!

Yeehah.

It was a hellish journey down (got stuck in a 28 mile traffic jam - lovely) but when we got there, we were able to forget all about the fact that Bry was losing his job and that (bonus bit of news here) my hours at work were being cut from 3 days to 2 days and just enjoy a bit of time with our lovely friends in a lovely place.

Saw R2D2 peering out a kitchen window as we waited on Jen to buy some lovely grub at a local deli and thought I'd take a quick Blip. Wonder what he's thinking?!
