The fire continues

Today has been a terrible day for NSW. There are bush fires everywhere throughout the state, and quite a few in the hunter region where we are. I got evacuated from work early as there was a bad fire right near us. Hundreds of houses have been lost in the blue mountains/lithgow area also. I always feel so sad for all the poor animals also. It's so devastating. This photo is of the Tomago fire... The whole sky was so hazy and grey, and there was dark, thick smoke in every direction you looked. fingers crossed for cooler, calmer conditions tomorrow so the amazing fire fighters can get these awful fires under control.
