Cromwell's Bridge over the Hodder

Apparently, this part of the world influenced the writings of Prof. Tolkein. It's not difficult to appreciate why; the stench of history seeps from every hollow and the lower hodder area has a magical feel to it. Just look at the floating stonework - Gandalf just out of shot!
