A walk in the woods

A very wet morning but the rain eased off in the afternoon so I risked a quick visit to the local dog walking spot. Not really a wood but a tree lined walkway between the golf course and houses. Miracle of miracles, actually saw some sun. A bit weak but welcome all the same. The reason for the visit is that I noticed some colour when I passed in the car so I hoped further down the path there would be more to photograph. There was so I came away happy.
Will visit again in a couple of weeks and hope the forecast high winds havent blown all the leaves off the trees.
