Linus Afternoon

Linus afternoon= 2 hours of sewing, tea and talk; well and biscuits or cake. We are working on a project of quilt as you go and applique. Umbrellas on a plainish background, narrow stripes in this case, then wadded and backed. Next process is sashing then binding. Quilting might be before sashing or after, no decision reached yet. Companionable afternoon on a wet blustery day. Meet again in a fortnight.
