NASTURTIUMS

Picked these on our morning walk and they have added a bright spot of colour to my work top.
Spent the morning helping son and daughter-in-law with their move to a new home. I usually opt for feeding the workers on these occasions. Bought sesame seed rolls and made a tuna filling with capers and chives and mayonnaise. For variety, fillings of cheese and tomato and ham and lettuce. Rusks, apple tart coffee and tea for a welcome break.
All that activity created hearty appetites and even the man installing the telephone enjoyed the tea and rusks.
