Following the family traditions

What to do on a rainy afternoon while the boy naps? Dig out the mini sewing machine and get Risky sewing for the first time! She is only three and a half, but she got the hang of raising and lowering the foot, hand cranking the machine and cutting the threads when she had finished. She made a lot of 'bracelets' for her toys - I suspect my scraps box will be raided a lot in the coming days!

I am very very proud of her. Wonder if she will follow in the family sewing tradition?
