An early start today, to get into work for a 'workshop'. I'd explained to my boss the day before, that I'd be struck down with laryngitis in the morning, so would be unable to get up and talk in front of everyone! Fortunately, it was all group work and I didn't have to stand up with jelly-legs and a voice like Larry the Lamb.
I was babysitting my two nephews in the evening, so after work, caught the train to Chelmsford to meet them. They were very well behaved indeed and I didn't have to tan their hides, chase them with my slipper or lock them in the chokey once!
I noticed this crane fly sitting on the window, when I was in their conservatory, gazing out of the window. I thought it looked a little like a lanky beast, climbing their house.
