Man's Best Friend

Not sure why the naughty dog is licking his lips but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and hope it isn't because he spotted a rabbit in that undergrowth. You couldn't have two different dogs in terms of personality as these two. Both rescues but Ben who was locked in a shed for the first two years of his life takes whatever life throws at him in a calm and plodding way. He had a number of fears at the beginning (the television caused great consternation) but he works through them and comes to terms with his anxiety.
Flash on the other hand, is the most adorable, lovable dog I think we have ever had. However, he is terrified of strangers without dogs and is likely to run at a hill walker with a hat and a bag on his back. He is therefore permanently muzzled and I am permanently worried. Not a good combination
