There's Every Possibility...

After an early doctor's appointment and prior to the bank opening but even less before the library opening I was standing about looking in the library window waiting for the doors to open.

District 9 opens tomorrow, Child#2 is scratching at the multiplex door waiting to get in. I noticed this advert on a telephone box.

Around here you do see some pretty strange goings on in telephone boxes. I saved the number for future use.

A fairly full day so far considering I've only been out of the house about twice in three weeks.

Got home had to resolve some over zealous roughcasting issue which was causing the rain water to back up above my chimney, watched a bit of King Of The Hill (FX is showing Season 12 which is the newest, 2007-2008) and had some soup.

And a new Pratchett book has just dropped through the door.

It is a bit annoying when Amazon approved dealers/agents are forced, by Amazon, to charge £2.75 P&P when it actually only cost 90 pence.

Even if you buy two books from one dealer they still charge £2.75 per book. I wouldn't mind if the dealer was actually getting it as the books are still slightly less expensive but I am certain Amazon will be shafting the little man, or woman.

Bad band name of the year goes to the basically Peter Hook-less New Order formed by Sumner and Morris - Bad Lieutenant.

How stinky is that. They sound, well, like New Order without Hooky (that'll be like Waiting For The Siren's Call then), but what a totally honking name!
